Returns & Refunds

First, contact TerryandLeslieButler@gmail.com to determine if your item is returnable or refundable. Once the item is determined to retundable, Terry and Leslie Butler, LLC will share the address to where the item should be returned. The item may be returned for an exchange or refund to the original method of payment at Terry and Leslie Butler, LLCs sole determination.

Once an item is determined to be returnable or refundable, for any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method, at our discretion. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products not eligible for return, include but are not limited to: commissioned items, personalized items, etc.

We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or any features of the products we offer; or create limits for the products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
